How do you get in the swing of things? Perhaps with the East Coast version, and its cool turns? Or, maybe you want the acrobatic lindy hop. Whichever you choose, these dances are loads of fun, and great exercise.

The 1960s was a pivotal decade in dance, an era of intense experimentation and rich invention.
